With the unquenchable passion for art and a vision of a new tattoo experience Shawna Holder started Angel Ink Tattoo in 2000. Shawna crafted her business into a diverse practice that offers a variety of artistic services that appeal too many. Now located at the end of Main Street in Historic Downtown Oregon City, Shawna is still striving to provide a unique, friendly, and clean environment to provide everyone with the best experience possible. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone regardless of race, politics, or sexual orientation. Here at Angel Ink we accommodate permanent cosmetic clientele as well as traditional tattoo customers. However, we don’t draw the line there; we also offer Henna services if you find yourself looking for something less eternal. Walk-ins welcome.
